Amazing Amphibians: Science and Conservation

10/13/2007, 5:00 – 9:30pm
If you love amphibians, you will love this conservation presentation and dinner. The evening starts off with a wine and cheese reception in our Cafe followed by a casual tour of our new reptile wing. Next will be dinner in the auditorium where the presentations continue with our Key Note speaker Jenny Pramuk speaking on the importance of amphibian conservation. This will be followed by talks from Ed Kowalski of the Philadelphia Zoo speaking on Caecilians; Ed Johnson from SIIAS talking about native frogs of Staten Island and Specimen preservation for museum collections by John Simmons from the University of Kansas.
