How to Participate
Attend
Event Costs
- Adults: $6
- Children 12 and under: FREE
- Single ticket for Drawing: $2
- Six ticktets for Drawing: $10
- Auction: FREE
Each paid attendee will receive one drawing ticket for drawings held every half hour beginning at 10:30am and ending at 3:00pm.
Raffle and drawing tickets will be sold for $2 each or $10 for 6 tickets. The raffle will be held at 1:00pm.
Live Auction held at 3 PM
Vend
Merchants and individuals with amphibian or terraium related goods to sell are welcome to sign up. Please see our Vendor Information Page for policies, rates, and other information on signing up. All vendors will be asked to donate to Drawings and Auction. Proceeds from which will be donated to amphibian conservation and/or eligible non-profits
Volunteer
If you would like to volunteer send an email to powell2@sbcglobal.net with your interests and availability. Volunteers are needed for the following tasks:
- Advertise: Help get the word out. We can send you posters, postcards, banner links, etc..
- Promotion: distribution of flyers
- Vendor assistance: vendor check-in, help with loading/unloading
- Greeter, Concierge
- Workshop and Speaker help: check-in, A/V assistance
- General clean-up
Donate for Drawings and Auction
Please e-mail us at powell2@sbcglobal.net with offers of items to be donated. All proceeds from the drawings and the auction will be donated to amphibian conservation and eligible non-profits.
