**Sorry, no personal animals allowed. Only vendors may bring frogs and other items for sale into the venue.  Sales at the show only allowed by registered vendors. Frogs being donated to the auction by non-vendors can be dropped off at time of entry.  All animals that are for sale, the raffle or auction must be captive bred. No exceptions.**

Present, Speak, or Organize a Workshop

Individuals or Organizations who wish to present, speak, or hold a workshop will also be eligible for 1/2 price on their first table. Please e-mail us at frogdayinfo at gmail.com with your proposals. All offers are subject to approval and reduced price tables are also subject to availability.

Volunteer

If you would like to volunteer send an email to frogdayinfo at gmail.com with your interests and availability. Volunteers are needed for the following tasks:

• Promotion: distribution of flyers
• Vendor assistance: vendor check-in, help with loading/unloading
• Greeter, Concierge
• Workshop and Speaker help: check-in, A/V assistance
• General clean-up
